Satisfaction Guarantee/Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

1. You must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping the item back to us. We will give you the shipping information with the RMA.

2. You must return the item in like new condition for a full refund. If the item is not in like new condition we will refund a lesser amount at our sole discretion.

3. You must return the item in the original or equivalent packaging. Items damaged in transit due to improper packing will be subject to a lesser refund.

4. Items must be returned freight prepaid.

5. If the original purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to that same credit card within 10 days of receiving the returned item. If the purchase was made by cash or check we will send you a check for the refund amount within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Induction Lamp Warranties

Self Ballasted Induction Lamps

Limited Warranty: 5 years based on normal usage of 12 hours per day, 365 days per year, 22,000 hours total. If the lamp does not last for the time period guaranteed, return the lamp to us, and at Best in Green Solutions, LLC. sole discretion, we will replace it with a new or factory refurbished lamp of the same specifications.

This replacement is the sole remedy available, and LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS HEARBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary state to state.

Exclusions: Using the lamp in a circuit with dimmers or other voltage or amperage control technology specifically voids this warranty. In addition, this warranty does not cover physical or mechanical damage, or damage from over or under voltage conditions. Damage from lightning strikes is specifically excluded.

The user is responsible for providing a proper operating environment. Contact Best in Green Solutions for advice on specific situations and environments.
